Ms. Vanderway is more then just a tech start-up CEO. Ms. Vanderway’s entrepreneurial spirit and democratic approach is the heart and soul of Arcade Digital. Ms. Vanderway received her undergrad in nursing from Loyola, and her Masters from Rush Presbyterian. In addition to being an entrepreneur with a passion for technology, Ms. Vanderway has developed portable technology solutions that improve preventative healthcare. Ms. Vanderway is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Chicago’s Children’s Memorial Hospital, and Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

In his role as Arcade Digital’s Chief Strategy Officer, Rich Zito is responsible for formulating, implementing, and communicating Arcade’s medium-term and long-term vision to our clients, partners, and contractors.  An attorney by training, Rich also serves as primary liaison for the Company’s regulatory and governmental dealings.

Ms. Stern is a creative and artistic force behind Arcade Digital with a passion for all things beautiful. You will either catch her traveling across the globe, jumping around to live music, or contemplating on a next big thing she is going to dive into. Rita works to assess your needs and goals, determining the best solutions to your marketing challenges and translating them into simple usable web solutions. Rita’s brain never turns off. Constantly researching, trending and imagining, she “sleeps” with an idea before bringing it into life.

From establishing meaningful business relationships to finding new channels to promote client business ventures and brands, John never falls asleep without accomplishing something new and meaningful every day. On the weekends you can find him at a charity events or local bars, which might seem that he is having way too much fun. But don’t be fooled, socially active Mr. Sostak always keeps an eye on new enterprises and cross marketing opportunities.

Mr. Kelly is an Illinois State Redbird. While many classmates majored in the forward thinking and lucrative field of binge drinking, MK completed college with a double major in Engineering and Graphic Design.  Previously working for the State of Illinois, Mr. Kelly is an expert in geographic information systems, urban planning, and the hospitality field. Mike Kelly is a visionary leader, and indispensable asset. When Mr. Kelly is not at the office working hard, or out with Shannon, his future Mrs. Kelly, he can be found out on the hunt for new ideas and techniques to help current and future Arcade clients business.
